1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and soji88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the soji88 website at soji88.win and all services offered through it, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and any promotional activity.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on soji88. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same payment method, or any other means — is prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balance may be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your password and any authentication codes sent to your registered number or email. Do not share your login details with anyone. Soji88 cannot be held responsible for losses or unauthorised activity resulting from a failure to keep your credentials secure.

We will take reasonable steps to assist you, but we cannot reverse bets placed by a third party using your credentials where the breach resulted from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• A valid PKR payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank account, or card) is required to make deposits.
• Soji88 reserves the right to decline a registration application without being required to give reasons.
• Accounts registered with false information may be closed at any time without notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on soji88 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion step and no foreign exchange charge applied to deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — instant deposit processing; withdrawals typically processed within the same business day.
• Easypaisa — instant deposit processing; withdrawals typically processed within the same business day.
• Raast — instant interbank transfer; processing times depend on your bank's Raast connectivity.
• Bank Transfer — standard banking hours apply; allow one to three business days for clearance.
• Debit/Credit Cards and Mobile Wallets — subject to your card issuer or wallet provider's processing times.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page within your account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such funds received may be returned to the source and the associated account suspended.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the soji88 payments team during business hours. 5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on soji88 are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the relevant betting pages. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence for that particular market.

Bets are accepted and confirmed when they appear in your account bet history with a confirmed status. A bet confirmation shown on screen or sent by notification is the binding record of the wager. Bets that do not appear in your bet history are not considered placed, regardless of any technical display errors.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and the player chooses to use it before the relevant event concludes.
• Soji88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the market being open at the time the bet is submitted. A bet submitted while a market is suspended will not be accepted.
• Results are determined by official sources for the relevant sport or competition. For cricket markets, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and ICC are the governing bodies whose official results will be used.
• If an event is abandoned or not completed within the time frame specified in the market rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settled on the result at the point of abandonment, depending on the applicable market rules.

Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODI series, and Test matches — are available with full pre-match and live in-play coverage. For PSL markets in particular, tournament outright markets close at the start of the first fixture of the competition, and any bets placed after that point will not be accepted.

Football, esports (CS2, Dota 2, Valorant, League of Legends), tennis, and basketball markets are offered during active competition windows. Market availability varies depending on the competition calendar and may change without advance notice.

6 Casino & Slots Rules

The casino section of soji88, including slots, live casino, and table games, is governed by the rules of the individual game as determined by the game provider, alongside these Terms. In any conflict between game-level rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence except where the game rules relate specifically to how the game outcome is determined.

Game outcomes in slots and RNG (random number generator) table games are determined by certified random number generation systems operated by the relevant game provider. Soji88 does not manipulate game outcomes. Any technical fault that prevents the correct settlement of a game round will be investigated and the round settled based on whatever verifiable data is available, or voided and stakes returned if no reliable data can be recovered.

Live casino games involve real dealers operating physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) in a studio environment. The outcome of each round is final once the dealer announces it and the game software records the result. Technical disconnections on the player's side during a live game do not entitle the player to cancellation of a bet already placed for that round.

• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per round are displayed within each game and may vary by game and by player account level.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game errors, or network anomalies to generate artificial winnings is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
• Soji88 reserves the right to remove any game from the platform without notice. In such cases, any unspent bonus funds tied to that specific game will be handled in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Soji88 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Those specific bonus terms form part of these Terms when a bonus is accepted.

General rules that apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit or action is confirmed.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be requested on those funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on soji88. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in the immediate suspension of your account, the voiding of any associated bets or winnings, and the forfeiture of your account balance where permitted by these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on soji88 under any name or using any combination of personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's account or payment method, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Placing bets using information that is not publicly available at the time the market is open, including insider knowledge of match results or team selections.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of a bet or game.
• Exploiting errors in displayed odds, game software, or promotional credits that are clearly the result of a system fault rather than an intentional offer.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for regular players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform as a mechanism to process, layer, or integrate funds of unlawful origin.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing soji88 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Soji88 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, your account may be suspended and withdrawals placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. We will communicate with you during this process to the extent that doing so does not compromise the investigation.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Soji88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.

If your account is closed by soji88 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited where the breach involved fraud, prohibited conduct, or the use of bonus funds in violation of their terms. In cases where the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, as part of a platform decision — any remaining balance of genuine deposited funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any necessary verification.
